Your new role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for assisting Cara’s products and services, generating leads and referrals across the organisation while creating the best possible customer experience. The Customer Relationship Officer will contribute to the development of new and existing products and services in line with Cara’s strategic objectives.

 Your certifications:
• DCSI Child Related Clearance essential
• Current South Australian Driver's Licence
 Your competencies:
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Office suite, internet and email and management systems
• Advanced level of Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service skills
• NDIS experience (desirable)
